What to include in an error report
Tell us the page address, the date or options entered, the result you expected and the result displayed. For school holidays, public holidays or other published dates, include a link to the relevant government, school or authority source. Browser and device details help us reproduce layout or interaction problems.
Privacy when contacting us
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details, student records, private appointments or confidential workplace information. A simplified example is normally enough to investigate a calculation. Support messages are used to respond and diagnose the reported issue as described in our Privacy Policy.
Questions we can and cannot answer
We can explain how a tool operates, investigate technical errors and consider suggestions. We cannot provide legal, medical, financial or official education advice, confirm a government deadline, or override information issued by an authority. For consequential decisions, use our result as a guide and verify it with the responsible organisation.
Response expectations
We aim to reply within two business days. Complex timezone, calendar-rule or device-specific issues may take longer to reproduce. Sending one complete report is usually faster than several messages without the page and example details.
